Where we deliver
We deliver to the United States, Canada and mainland China. Only available in-stock products can be ordered. We currently do not accept pre-orders or backorders. Delivery to PO boxes or addresses a carrier cannot service must be confirmed before ordering.
Processing and transit times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and complete address details are received.
Estimated transit after dispatch: United States and Canada, 5–10 business days; mainland China, 3–7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing and transit are separate periods. Customs, remote locations and carrier disruptions may extend delivery.
Shipping fees and import charges
Standard shipping is free. Displayed prices include taxes collected by CBJJ; no additional flat sales-tax surcharge is added. Customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges assessed by a destination authority are the buyer’s responsibility where applicable.
Tracking, delays and cancellation
Tracking information is provided when an order is dispatched. Contact us if tracking stops updating, delivery is late or a parcel arrives damaged. Keep packaging and photographs of visible damage.
If dispatch cannot meet the stated period, we will contact you with a revised estimate and offer cancellation with a full refund for unshipped goods. Unavailable products cannot be ordered as pre-sales.
Address accuracy and support
Check the country, recipient name, telephone number, postal code and street address before paying. Contact us promptly to request an address change before dispatch.
