CBJJ provides a one-year limited warranty from delivery for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Keep your order confirmation and product details. Contact us before sending a product for service.
What is excluded
Normal wear, consumables, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper charging or storage, and damage from water exposure beyond the product’s documented protection are excluded. A battery’s normal capacity decrease with use is not by itself a manufacturing defect.
Making a claim
Provide your order number, product model, proof of purchase and photographs or a short video describing the fault. We assess the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or other remedy. CBJJ covers approved shipping costs for confirmed covered defects.
Care and safe use
Follow the supplied manual, use a compatible charger, inspect brakes and fasteners, and observe local riding rules. Never charge a visibly damaged battery or leave charging equipment unattended.
